When it comes to cleaning carpets and soft furnishings Xeria’s Micrionix™ dry cleaning process has been proven to produce exceptional results. The culmination of continuous development, Xeria have incorporated the latest in colloid chemical technology with breakthroughs in microfibre development to produce just 4 chemicals that form Micrionix™ for carpets, curtains upholstery and mattresses. Manufactured at and distributed from our own factory in Suffolk, Micrionix™ product availability is guaranteed.

Technical Expertise

Managing Director Richard Edwards is recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts in solving dirt and odour problems across a wide range of industries. Richard is regularly consulted by major blue chip companies to provide them with innovative solutions when their conventional cleaning or odour control procedures don’t produce the desired results.

Richard is also recognised for his business training skills. With a career spanning more than 25 years in sales, technical and business training including 18 years in Franchising, Richard has helped hundreds of people achieve their ambitions. His abilities in Franchising were acknowledged when he was elected to the British Franchise Association Board of Directors in 2005.

Systems Expertise

Success in business depends to a great extent on having the correct systems and procedures in place. Following her career in Admin Management with Marks & Spencer, Xeria co director Emma Edwards has developed operating systems and guides for business start-ups and franchises, culminating in the Xeria Business Operating System. For more than 20 years Emma has been training people new to business on how to make it work in practice.
