The key to successful odour control is making sure that the source of the problem is eliminated as well as the airborne odour you smell. Dealing with occasional incident smells - Spray 2 to 4 sprays of RX23 ultra concentrate super strength foul odour eliminator into the air pointing towards the corners of the room as a shock treatment when odour overloads occur. Dispose of cause of odour – i.e. burnt toast and clean contaminated surfaces with XSR.
Dealing with recurring incident smells - To erase the airborne cooking smells in pubs, restaurants etc, place discreet RXSent1 Sentinel heavy duty refillable odour control cabinets fitted with RX19 heavy duty continuous deodoriser microcell blocks in the kitchen areas close to the source of the odours and at the entrance to all the rooms leading off the kitchen. Clean all surfaces with XSAB All purpose cleaner diluted with 20 parts water to prevent ingrained dirt which would otherwise produce odours. Spray RX60BF super strength odour counteractant diluted with 20 parts water into waste bins, waste disposal units, dishwashers and anywhere where cooking residues may have penetrated. Spray curtains, upholstery and carpets with RX29 smoke and foul odour digester dry aerosol fabric spray to attack the proteins and bacteria that have penetrated the fibres. Periodically clean floors with RX66 Bio-enzymatic and allow to stay wet for 1-3 hours. This will generate a colony of good bacteria that will feed on the fluids that have migrated into grouting between tile or in the flooring.
