DESCRIPTION:
XSA All Purpose Cleaner is designed to work both as part of the Micrionix™ Dirt Control cleaning programme for carpets and soft furnishings and also to be used as a stand alone all purpose cleaner. XSA is a Colloid Cleaner - it is not a soap, detergent or petroleum based solvent. It is non-toxic and has no flash point. XSA is a homogeneous blend of colloids, sequestrants, surfactants, and hyper-wetting agents that become super-active when processed together. The cleaning action can only be related to the reaction of the atom in an atomic explosion, where the ceaseless random movements of the atom-like micelles taking place in XSA actually lifts, separates and holds in separation the oils, grease, dust, soils etc. which have been penetrated by XSA. Since XSA simply penetrates into the grease, oil and other "dirt" and stirs things up, the design is like no other cleaner and will continue to work as long as there is moisture to work with. XSA Colloid Cleaner is an extremely safe, all purpose cleaner that is: people safe, easily stored, non-hazardous, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-explosive, non-fuming, non-caustic and 99% biodegradable within 7 days.
USES:
XSA As a pre-stain treatment for fabrics, upholstery, carpets when using the Micrionix™ Dirt Control cleaning programme. XSA cleans: ovens, hobs, hoods, filters, refrigerators, freezers, walls, wall coverings, tiles, floors, sports equipment, doors, desks, counters, tables, chairs, cabinets, office equipment, railings, woodwork, bathroom walls, sinks, tubs, light fixtures, plastics, cars, trucks, boats, planes. XSA degreases motors, bilges, machinery, lawn equipment, garage floors. XSA deodorises and cleans wine, coffee and pet stains from carpets, and most anything that water will not damage.
DIRECTIONS:
For stains on carpets and fabrics dilute XSA with 10 to 20 parts hand hot water, spray onto affected area, leave for 3-5 minutes, agitate where necessary with a nail brush or plastic scraper and remove with microfibre cloth. Rinse carpets and fabrics with water and a microfibre cloth. For large stains (cup of coffee, bottle of wine) extract residue with wet & dry vacuum. Repeat as necessary.
For tar and chewing gum removal dilute 1 part XSA with 3-5 parts hot water, spray onto tar/gum, leave for 3-5 minutes, remove tar or gum with plastic scraper and residue with paper towel.
For general cleaning, dilute XSA with 10 to 20 parts water and simply spray or wipe diluted solution onto dirty area, leave for one minute, and remove with a microfibre cloth. For very dirty surfaces, extend the waiting time.
For baked on dirt in casserole dishes or saucepans, fill with warm water, add a capful of XSA and soak overnight.
CAUTIONS!
Test fabrics for colourfastness in an inconspicuous area. Take care not to damage pile on velvet or dralon by over rubbing.
