DESCRIPTION:
XSU Universal Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner is designed to work with Micrionix™ ZM17S super split microfibre pads and ZMFUM upholstery mitts to remove dirt stuck to carpet and upholstery fabrics. When used as directed will produce exceptional cleaning results, with most fabrics dry and back in action in less than 1 hour. XSU will not shrink or stretch carpets or fabrics, and because it leaves no sticky residues, fabrics and fibres stay cleaner for longer.
USES:
XSU can be used on virtually all types of fabrics and carpet fibres in all kinds of situations. It is highly effective in removing spots and stains from coffee, tea, red wine, beer and food. XSU is so effective that it can eliminate the need for pre-spotting in many cases.
DIRECTIONS:
Shake well before use.
Carpets: spray XSU at 15 sq metres per litre from a pressurised sprayer at 2.2 bar and fitted with an 8004 fan jet nozzle. Spray carpet at a slow walking speed from a height of approximately 300mm. Allow to sit for 5-8 minutes. Remove with a damp Micrionix™ ZM17S microfibre floor pad fitted to a slow speed 175-250 rpm floor machine. Use a fresh pad as soon as pad fills with soil.
Upholstery, mattresses and curtains; for optimum results fog XSU ensuring all fabric surfaces are treated. Allow to sit for 2-5 minutes. Remove with damp Micrionix™ ZMFUM microfibre upholstery mitt. Where a fogger is not available spray XSU with a pressurised sprayer at 2.2 bar and fitted with an 8004 fan jet nozzle. Take care not to over-wet fabrics as this may extend drying times. If a standard sprayer is used take care to ensure even coverage without over-wetting.
CAUTIONS!
Test fabrics for colourfastness in an inconspicuous area. Take care not to damage pile on delicate fabrics like velvet or dralon by over rubbing.
